1.12.010 Definitions

(a) "Bill of particulars" is a form of discovery in which the prosecution sets forth the time, place, manner and means of the commission of the crime as alleged in the complaint.

(b) A "motion" is a pleading in which a party submits a proposed measure for the consideration and action of the court.
