1.13.060 Rights of Accused
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall have the right to:
(a) defend himself or through counsel at his own expense;
(b) demand the nature and cause of the accusation against him and have a copy thereof;
(c) confront the witnesses against him and have the right to cross examine testimony offered by such witnesses;
(d) have compulsory process served for obtaining witnesses in his behalf;
(e) a speedy public trial by an impartial judge or jury; and
(f) not incriminate himself.
