10.02.060 Refusal or Failure to Register or Pay Impoundment Fee

The refusal or failure of the owner of any dog to pay the registration fee or any impoundment expenses within three (3) days after written notice thereof, by the Tribal Secretary-Treasurer shall be deemed an abandonment of such dog by the Court. Written notice shall be by certified mail, return receipt requested.
