10.05.010 Penalties for Violation of This Title 10

Any person who willfully or knowingly violates any provision of this title of this Code shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50), or sentenced to labor not to exceed twenty-five (25) days or to both such fine and imprisonment with costs.
