12.04.020 What Constitutes Acceptance of Goods

(a) Acceptance of goods occurs when the buyer signifies to the seller that he has accepted them, or when the goods have been delivered to him, and he does any act in relation to the goods which is inconsistent with the seller's ownership, or when the seller fails to make an effective rejection under Section 12.04.010 of this Code.

(b) Acceptance of any part of any commercial unit is acceptance of the entire unit.
