13.05.070 Duties of Election Clerk(s)

The Election Clerk(s) shall:

(a) Assist the Election Judges in carrying out their responsibilities;

(b) Perform all record-keeping duties not otherwise assigned;

(c) Record the name and current address of each voter given a ballot;

(d) Provide qualified voters with a properly stamped and initialed ballot;

(e) Assist the Election Judges and Election Board in the tally of the ballots, if necessary.
