19.01.230 Age Identification

Before selling alcoholic beverages to any person, or before determining whether any person shall remain upon the licensed premises, a licensee, his agent or employee may require a statement in writing, signed by said person, of such person's age. Any person who makes a false statement as to his or her age, or signs a name other than his own or her own to any such statement, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
