2.04.080 Definition of Defendant or Respondent

As used in this rule, "defendant or respondent", whether or not a citizen or domiciliary of this Tribe and whether or not organized under the laws of this Tribe, includes:

(a) an individual, executor, administrator or other personal representative;

(b) any other fiduciary;

(c) any two or more persons having a joint or common interest;

(d) a partnership;

(e) an association;

(f) a corporation; and

(g) any other legal or commercial entity.
