2.09.120 Jury Oath

When the jury has been selected, the judge shall administer to the jurors the following oath: "You and each of you do solemnly swear or affirm that you will well and truly try the issues relative to the cause now on trial accord- ing to the law and the evidence under the pains and penalties of perjury."
