2.09.160 Delivery of Verdict

When the jury has agreed upon a verdict, they shall deliver it to the judge, publicly, and he shall enter it upon his docket.

If either party desires and shall so request, a poll of the jurors may be taken at the time the verdict is returned and if the verdict be not as reported, the jury shall return for further deliberation.
