2.12.010 Plea of Incompetency

When incompetency, as defined in Section 2.15.010(d) is an issue, such competency or incompetency shall be determined by a Competency Board. Actions shall be commenced as in other civil suits.

Upon the filing of a complaint, the Chief Tribal Judge shall order a hearing by the Board.
