26.11.370 Obstructing Governmental Functions

It shall be unlawful to and a Class [4] four offense to:

(a) Use force, violence, threats, intimidation, or engage in any other unlawful act with a purpose to interfere with a public servant performing an official function; or

(b) Purposely obstruct, impair, or prevent the administration of law or other governmental function by force, violence, physical interference or obstacle, breach of official duty, or any other unlawful act.
