26.14.130 Dealing in Stolen Property

Any person who shall receive, possess, sell, receive, buy, or conceal any personal property that has been stolen or otherwise obtained from its true owner in violation of this Code with intent to deprive the true owner shall be guilty of a Class [4] four offense.
