26.16.020 Criminal Trespass in the First Degree

(a) A person commits the offense of first degree criminal trespass if, without authorization, he enters or remains:

(1) On premises of another so enclosed or secured as to demonstrate clearly an intent to keep out intruders; or

(b) Any person who shall enter upon the land of another person and shall refuse to go immediately therefrom on the request of the owner or occupant thereof, or who shall willfully and knowingly allow livestock and other domestic animals to occupy or graze on the lands of another, shall be guilty of a Class [3] offense.
