27.04.010 Recording

The Tribe recognizes that the appropriate office for recording Leases and Leasehold Mortgages is the Bureau of Indian Affairs Area Land Titles and Records Office, and the Tribe agrees that all Leases and Leasehold Mortgages subject to this title will be recorded in the county recorder's office in the state in which the Leasehold Estates are located.
