27.05.050 Injunction to Restrain Injury to Property

The court may, by injunction, on good cause shown, restrain the tenant of the leasehold estate or the mortgagor of the leasehold mortgage, or any of their successors or assigns from doing any act to the injury of the leasehold estate during the existence of the leasehold mortgage lien, foreclosure proceedings, or unlawful detainer actions.
