27.06.090 Alternative Remedies

In those cases in which the persons or property are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of North Dakota or the United States, the remedies and procedures provided by this title are in the alternative to the remedies and procedures provided by the laws of the State of North Dakota or the United States.
