3.02.070 Unwilling or Hostile Witnesses; Examination by Leading Questions

A party may interrogate any unwilling or hostile witness by leading questions. When it appears by the attitude and demeanor of a witness either by facts or circumstances of his examination that he is not a willing witness, a party may use leading questions in his examination even though he has called such party as a witness.
