3.02.160 Opinion Evidence

Non-expert opinions are admissible when words will not adequately describe the subject matter in issue so the trier of the fact can form an adequate judgment thereon.

Where the facts observed can be exactly and fully reproduced by the witness so that the jury can draw equally well an inference from them, the witness' opinion shall be excluded.
