3.03.140 Discretion of the Court to Exclude Evidence

The Court, at its discretion may exclude evidence admissible under Section 3.03.120 and Section 3.03.130, if it is found that the party against whom it is offered has not been furnished a copy of the writing or of its material portions a reasonable time before the evidence is offered.
