34.01.080 Initial Resolution; Form

Proceedings for the issuance of bonds under the authority, of this Bond Code must be instituted by the adoption of an initial resolution therefor by the governing body of the entity seeking to issue such bonds. Such initial resolution must state:

(a) The maximum amount of bonds proposed to be issued.

(b) The purpose for which they are proposed to be issued.

(c) The total amount of bonded indebtedness of the Governing Body.

(d) The amount of outstanding bonds of the Governing Body issued for a similar purpose.

(e) Any other statement of fact deemed advisable by the governing body or voters proposing the same.
