34.01.130 Record of Proceedings

Every Governing Body issuing bonds shall provide and keep a record book in which its auditor or secretary shall record a fu1l and correct statement of every step or proceeding had or taken in the course of authorizing and issuing Tribal Bonds, including a statement of the affirmative and negative votes cast by its governing body, the Tribal Council, or the electors voting thereon.
