34.01.180 Tribal Attorney to Give Opinion on Legal Sufficiency of Investments

The general legal counsel retained by the Tribe shall render an opinion on the legal sufficiency of bond issues of political subdivisions, boards, authorities and Tribally owned corporations of the Tribe if the total of such issue is in excess of one hundred thousand dol1ars.
