39.01.090 Authority of the Exclusion Board

(a) The Exclusion Board is authorized to create policies and procedures to utilize to investigate convictions requiring exclusion as a penalty as provided herein, and to enforce all provisions of this Exclusion Ordinance.

(b) Nothing herein shall be construed to limit the authority of the Tribal Court, upon its own initiative or upon motion by the Tribal Prosecutor, to issue an Exclusion Order under other existing provisions of Tribal law.
