40.09.010 Designation of Special and Industrial Wastes

A specific type of solid waste may be designated as a Special or Industrial Waste by the Tribe and subject to the requirements of this Act, or other specific storage, management or disposal requirements. Every person, commercial establishment, government agency or facility or industrial facility who generates or stores special or industrial waste as described below within the boundaries of the Reservation shall comply with this Act.
