40.12.060 Permit Issuance Period

(a) Solid waste collection or transportation permits may be issued for a period of up to twelve (12) months and must be renewed annually and approved by the Tribal Council.

(b) Solid Waste Management Facility permits may be issued for a period of up to five (5) years and are subject to an annual report and review by the Solid Waste Director and the Compliance Officer to the Tribal Council.
