40.12.150 Statement of Issues

A written Statement of Issues shall be delivered by the TM-EPA Director to the permit applicant. The Statement of Issues shall specify the laws, rules and regulations with which the applicant shall show compliance. If applicable, this Statement of Issues shall specify any particular facts or matters that the Tribal Council determines would justify a denial of the permit.
