40.14.040 Permit Applications; Filing Fees

Each permit application, including renewals, shall be accompanied by a reasonable filing fee established by SWMT according to a fee schedule to reflect the cost of processing such applications, including but not limited to the cost of technical and legal consultants, office staff, and overhead.
