6.06.060 Intentional Interference with Property; Trespass to Personal Property

A trespass to a personal property may be committed by intentionally and unlawfully:

(a) Dispossessing another of the personal property; or

(b) Using or interfering with the use of personal property in the possession of another where

(1) the personal property is impaired as to its condition, quality or value; or

(2) the possessor is deprived of the use of the personal property for a substantial time; or

(3) bodily harm is caused to the possessor, or harm is caused to some person or thing in which the possessor has a legally protected interest.
