6.06.080 Trespass to Land

(a) One is subject to liability to another for trespass, irrespective of whether he thereby causes harm to any legally protected interest of the other, if he intentionally and unlawfully:

(1) enters land in possession of the other, or causes a thing or third person to do so; or

(2) remains on the land; or

(3) fails to remove from the land a thing which he is under a duty to remove.

(b) Extent of liability. A trespass on land subjects the trespasser to liability for physical harm to the possessor of the land at the time of the trespass, or to the land, or to his personal property, or to persons who are lawfully on the premises or to their personal property, caused by any act done, activity carried on or resulting from the trespasser.
