6.06.100 Ways of Committing Conversion

A conversion may be committed by intentionally:

(a) Dispossessing another of personal property;

(b) Destroying or altering personal property;

(c) Unlawfully using personal property;

(d) Receiving personal property with intent to dispossess;

(e) Disposing of personal property entrusted to actor;

(f) Misdelivering personal property;

(g) Refusing to surrender personal property.
