64.07.010 Public Data

The information in the missing person bulletin is public data defined by TMTC Title 60 Public Records Access Law. The information shall include, at a minimum:

• the name, date of birth, sex, race, height, weight, eye color, and hair color of the person;
• a recent photograph of the person, if available;
• the date and location of the last known contact with the person; and
• the NCIC category under which the person is reported missing.
