7.06.050 Public Auction Sales; Memorandum of Auctioneer Satisfies

When a sale is made by public auction of any real or personal property, and entry by the auctioneer or clerk of sale, in his sale book at the time of the sale of the kind of property sold and description other of sufficient for identification, the terms of sale, the price, and the name or names of the purchaser and person on whose account the sale is to be made, is sufficient memorandum to satisfy the requirements in Section 7.06.060.
