10.02.010 Dogs to Be Registered

No dogs shall be kept, harbored or maintained within the boundaries of the Turtle Mountain Jurisdiction unless such dog has been registered by the owner with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Turtle Mountain Tribal Council at Belcourt, North Dakota.
