10.02.020 Rabies Certificate of Vaccination Required

The Tribal Secretary-Treasurer shall issue a Certificate of Registration and registration tag for each dog within the Turtle Mountain Jurisdiction, provided that the owner exhibits a certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian evidencing that the dog described in the registration application has been vaccinated against rabies within a period of one (1) year preceding the date of the application, and provided further that the owner shall pay to the Tribal Secretary-Treasurer a registration fee of one dollar ($1) for each dog registered.
