13.10.010 General Election Date; Primary Election Dates

(a) Primary Election shall be held three (3) weeks prior to the general election in accordance with Amendment XXII XXIX of the Constitution of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians; (Amendment approved August 11, 2015)

(b) General elections will be held on the first Tuesday in November in even numbered years. If the election is to fall on a holiday, the general election shall coincide with national, state and county election dates.
