13.10.020 Notice of Primary and General Election

(a) The notice of the Primary and General Election shall include:

(1) The date of the election;

(2) The location of polling places;

(3) The times the polls shall be open;

(4) A list of the issues and candidates which will appear on the ballot; and

(5) Any other deadlines required under this title.

(b) Not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Primary Election, and five (5) days prior to the General Election, the notice of election shall be published. Notice of all other elections shall be published as required in this title.
