2.09.080 Summons

The clerk shall issue a summons, at least eight (8) days before trial, to the jurors not struck. The summons shall be served in the same manner as other summons in Section 2.04.050 of this Code. If the summons be returned not served, then the clerk shall issue a new summons for any person on the roll of eligible jurors except those stricken by the parties. Such summons must be served at least five (5) days before the time set for trial.
