26.05.080 Use of Deadly Force

The use of deadly force is a defense only where the defendant reasonably believes that such force is necessary to protect himself or herself or another person against death, serious bodily harm, kidnapping, burglary of an occupied home, a sexual act compelled by force or threat, or to prevent or terminate the commission or attempted crime of arson.
