26.12.210 Use of Interstate Facilities to Transmit Information About a Minor

Any person who uses the mail or any facility or means of commerce to knowingly initiate the transmission of the name, address, telephone number, social security number or electronic mail address of another individual who is a minor with the intent to entice, encourage, offer or solicit a minor to engage in any sexual activity shall be guilty of a Class [5] five offense.
