42.02.020 Tribal Offenses

Any person, who commits, attempts to commit or conspires to commit any sex or sexual offense shall be charged under the appropriate Titles or Sections of this title Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registration Code and Title 26 Offenses and Penalties and any other Titles hereafter.
