26.12.100 Lewd Act in Public

Any person who engages in the following shall be guilty of a Class [2] two offense.

Exposure of any portion of the human anus or genitals, including display

(a) including the male genitalia in obvious turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered; or the exposure of the female breast lower than the upper edge of the areola; however, nothing in this section shall prohibit breast feeding of an infant or child.

(b) Touching, caressing or fondling of the male or female genitals whether dressed or not dressed.

(c) Simulated acts of human sex including intercourse, oral copulation, sodomy or masturbation of oneself or of one person by another.

(d) Simulated acts of sex with imitation body parts.
