32.07.040 Employer or Union Complaint Procedure

If an employer or union believes that any provision of this Ordinance or any rule, regulations or order of the Commission or Director is illegal or unclear, it may file a complaint in writing with the Director specifying the alleged illegality or error. Upon receipt of the complaint, the Director shall investigate and attempt to achieve an informal settlement of the matter. If an informal settlement cannot be achieved, the employer, union or Commission may request a hearing upon the matter pursuant to Section 32.07.010.
