40.05.060 Studies of Municipal Solid Waste Stream

The Solid Waste Director, the SWMT and the Compliance Director may conduct studies of the nature, extent, and methods of reducing and controlling litter problems on the Reservation including, but not limited to, methods of improving public education and incentives to reduce waste generation and littering, necessary additional legislation, and improved methods of implementing existing laws.
