40.15.010 Special Waste Management Permits

All permits required in this section for the management or disposal of special waste, as designated by this Act, shall be applied for and obtained from the Tribal EPA and shall comply with the permit application and issuance requirements of Chapter 40.12. All fees for the issuance of such permits shall be remitted to the Tribal EPA.
