46.01.020 Tribal Council Establishment of Infrastructure

The Tribal Council deems it necessary that all reservation lands be subject to uniform and consistent controls to promote sensible growth and development of infrastructure on the Reservation, to ensure public health safety, and to ensure that limited Tribal resources are managed and expended by the Tribe efficiently.
