46.01.030 Purpose

The purpose of this Ordinance shall be to ensure that the construction of Structures on lands under the Tribe's jurisdiction are designed and built in accordance with applicable design and health and safety standards, and that design and construction on the Turtle Mountain Reservation proceeds in accordance with the consultation, review and permitting procedures set out in this Ordinance.
