46.01.150 Failure to Comply

Any Person or Employee subject to this Ordinance, who fails to comply and not involve respective Infrastructure Department(s) shall be subject to the following:

(a) Persons shall be subject to fees or interest charges which the Tribe may calculate by pro-rating back to the date of initial meetings, discussions or planning at rates consistent with Turtle Mountain TERO fees.

(b) Employees shall be subject to insubordination and disciplinary actions and any Policies and Procedures therein the TMBC Employee Policies and Procedures Manual.
