46.01.160 Penalties and Interest

(a) Any of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Designated Director(s) are authorized and empowered by this Ordinance to recommend that Tribal prosecutors pursue legal proceedings in Tribal Court, including penalties and interest, against any Person subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, or to pursue other equitable or legal remedies related thereto.

(b) Any of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Designated Director(s) are authorized and empowered by this Ordinance to pursue Personnel actions, including penalties and interest, against any Employee subject to the provisions of this Ordinance or the TMBC Employee Policy and Procedures Manual.
