5.08.050 Review of Permanency Plan

If a preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that the biological parent(s) or legal guardian (custodian) will not or cannot make changes necessary for the reunification of the family at any time prior to two (2) years, the Court must show cause as to why a permanent plan for the child(ren) should not be put into effect within three (3) months and steps shall be

implemented to complete the permanent plan within three (3) months of time.
